The mIP and  VisorALARM products have officially started the process of getting cULus certified. Telsec has presented both products for the following UL listings: UL1610 grade-AA (commercial burglar alarm with line verification), UL1635, CAN/ULC-S304-M88, CAN/ULC-527, CAN/ULC-S303-M91-Level3. The official UL project number for the certification process is: 04CA39702.

The new mIP version, to be released September the 30^th, will include a DHCP client to allow automatic plug’n’play configuration of all the IP parameters on the unit. The new version will make all MIP installations much easier as, in most cases, the installer will not need to program the sometimes complex IP information to use with the unit.

Continuing with its commitment to offer the security market advanced solutions for video and audio security applications and services, Telsec has completely renewed the graphical user interface (GUI) of its VisorCENTRAL software suite. VisorCENTRAL is Telsec’s software platform for  handling real time video and audio streams transmitted through the internet by the VisorNET video server and the VisorDISK network video recording units.

VisorNET PRO is a 4 camera video and audio transmission equipment designed to offer cutting edge MPEG4 video and voice over IP audio for a variety of network based security applications. VisorNET PRO is capable of transmitting two independent MPEG4 streams per camera, allowing for simultaneous video transmission and recording applications.
